Lingo Encore User Agreement

Lingo Encore is a division of Tralco Educational Services Inc. (Tralco) which operates as Tralco-Lingo Fun.

In addition to the consideration paid to allow you to obtain usage of the Lingo Encore material (books, activities and games) available at this Tralco related website, you accept the terms stated below:

You agree to hold harmless Tralco Educational Services Inc. and all related parties and services from all liability, penalties, losses, damages, costs, expenses, legal fees or claims caused by or resulting indirectly from use of the products contained within Lingo Encore.

You agree to the limited use of Lingo Encore material as stated below.

USE OF LINGO ENCORE MATERIAL

Under no circumstances should any of the Lingo Encore material obtained as a result of this agreement (text, graphics and design) be re-sold or transferred to another party or entity without the express permission of Tralco.

Any Lingo Encore material that is obtained from this Tralco related website may be printed for home or classroom use only. The copyright appearing on each page of the activities is to remain in place in all reproductions.

All material available in Lingo Encore is intended for non-commercial educational purposes.

License

As a result of agreeing to these terms, a user is granted a license of one year duration to download the Lingo Encore material contained on the Tralco related website where such material is located. Any breach of the agreement will result in the cancellation of the license with no refund to the offending party.

Note that any license granted a school or school board will be bound by agreements separate from this agreement.
